These General Booking Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the ‘General Terms and Conditions’) shall govern the commercial relationship arising between APARTMENTS TIME SL and the user or customer in respect of the booking made via the forms made available by APARTMENTS TIME SL on its website www.cadiztime.es.
Booking via the APARTMENTS TIME SL websites shall constitute the express acceptance by the customer or user of these terms and conditions, as well as the terms of use set out for the user’s browsing of the websites owned by APARTMENTS TIME SL.
These terms and conditions shall apply without prejudice to the application of any relevant legal provisions applicable in each case.
The General Terms and Conditions govern the remote booking relationship between APARTMENTS TIME SL and the user or customer, in accordance with the relevant legal provisions, in particular Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
APARTMENTS TIME SL reserves the right to make any amendments it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to these General Terms and Conditions. Such amendments may be made via its websites, by any means permitted by law, and shall be binding for as long as they remain published on the website and until they are validly superseded by subsequent amendments. However, APARTMENTS TIME SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Terms and Conditions of Contract in preference to these General Terms and Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely and appropriate manner. Users shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the contract is entered into.
You can register as a user of the website to make an online booking in the relevant section of the website itself. In accordance with the applicable data protection legislation currently in force, APARTMENTS TIME SL informs users that the personal data collected during the registration process and subsequent booking will be incorporated into the data processing system owned by APARTMENTS TIME SL, for the purpose of processing these actions carried out by the user and managing any subsequent procedures arising from them.
In accordance with the rights conferred upon you by current data protection legislation, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, data portability and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as withdraw the consent you have given for the processing of such data, by sending your request to the address mentioned above or to the email address admin@cadiztime.es. You may contact the relevant supervisory authority to lodge any complaint you deem appropriate (for further information, please refer to the website’s privacy policy).

APARTMENTS TIME SL would like to inform you that the booking procedure via its websites is set out in detail in the relevant section on completing the booking.
Furthermore, APARTMENTS TIME SL wishes to inform users that they can access the terms and conditions of use available on the website itself.
By making a booking with APARTMENTS TIME SL via its website, the user or customer expressly declares that they are aware of, understand and accept these terms of use and the General Terms and Conditions. Similarly, the user declares that they are of legal age, or an emancipated minor, and have the legal capacity and authority required to access the APARTMENTS TIME SL websites and to enter into contracts via them. The user is responsible for treating the username and password obtained upon registration as a customer confidentially and responsibly, and must not disclose them to any other person.
Once the booking has been made, the user will see the booking confirmation on screen and can print it out as proof of the booking.
The booking confirmation and the booking receipt (printed by the user) will not be valid as an invoice.
How the booking works
Booking offers and price guide
In compliance with current legislation, and in particular Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, APARTMENTS TIME SL provides, in the relevant section for making bookings, information on all available bookings, their features and prices. However, APARTMENTS TIME SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace or amend the offers made to its customers via its website, simply by changing the content of such offers. Consequently, the products and/or services offered at any given time on the APARTMENTS TIME SL website shall be governed by the General Terms and Conditions in force in each case. Furthermore, APARTMENTS TIME SL shall be entitled to cease offering access to the aforementioned products and/or services at any time and without prior notice.
Price information
The price of each booking option offered will be shown in euros and will indicate whether VAT or any other applicable tax, where relevant, is included. The prices shown on screen will be those currently in force.
Availability
The availability of the offers provided by APARTMENTS TIME SL via its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although APARTMENTS TIME SL updates its database regularly, the booking requested by the customer may be fully booked at that time. In such cases, APARTMENTS TIME SL will send an email to the customer informing them that the offer is unavailable.
Payment methods
APARTMENTS TIME SL accepts the following payment methods:
- Full payment at the time of booking:
When bookings are made via its website, APARTMENTS TIME SL requests the credit card details of the person making the booking in order to finalise the booking by charging the full amount of the invoice. - Full payment after booking:
APARTMENTS TIME SL requests the credit card details of the person making the booking when reservations are made via its website, in order to guarantee the booking. Please note that the establishment will not charge your credit card when you make this booking. The card is used solely as a guarantee. The establishment reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to the guest’s arrival. The invoice for the booking will be settled at the time of booking. - Partial payment at the time of booking:
APARTMENTS TIME SL requires credit card details from the person making the booking when reservations are made via its website, in order to confirm the booking, and charges 100% of the total invoice amount. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation of the booking
APARTMENTS TIME SL has the following cancellation policy:
- The organisation states that cancellations are permitted up to 5 days before the booking; otherwise, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- If a guest fails to turn up for their booking without prior notice, they will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
Furthermore, APARTMENTS TIME SL reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal proceedings it deems appropriate in the event of misuse of its website and content or breach of these terms and conditions.
The relationship between the user and the service provider shall be governed by the legislation in force and applicable in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or bring them before the ordinary courts, in accordance with the relevant rules on jurisdiction and competence.
